A rewarding transportable housing project for local iwi, Ngāti Kahungunu. Custom two-bedroom homes built offsite and delivered to Omahu Marae. These modular, pre-built homes featured mono-pitched and gabled roofs, smart window and door joinery and neutral interiors. Our team project managed everything from consent and build to site works, connectivity and delivery.
